Kids Take Over The Kitchen Day was started by the Young Chefs Academy. The goal of the day is to get kids involved in preparing and planning meals for the day, and thus helping them to learn about healthy eating habits and nutrition. It’s a great way for the family to spend time together. It is celebrated every September 13th.
